报告摘要：In this talk I will present our recent work on dynamical nonlinear instability of liquid Lane-Emden stars in $\bbR^{3}$ whose adiabatic exponents take values in $[1,\frac43)$. Our proof relies on a priori estimates for the free boundary problem of a compressible self-gravitating liquid, as well as a quantitative analysis of the competition between the fastest linear growing mode and the source. This is joint work with Zeming Hao.
报告人简介：缪爽，在中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院获博士学位。曾在瑞士ETH Zurich、EPF Lausanne和美国密歇根大学学习、工作。2019年入职武汉大学，任数学与统计学院教授，博士生导师。入选国家级人才计划，曾获求是杰出青年学者奖，ICCM数学银奖，和霍英东教育基金会高校青年科学奖（二等奖）。主要研究方向是非线性偏微分方程。主要研究成果发表在Invent. Math., Duke. Math. J, Camb. J. Math., Comm. Math. Phys., Ann. PDE等国际一流期刊。
